Responsibilities
- Assist the logistics team with daily package sorting and distribution.
- Monitor inventory levels and update digital tracking systems in real-time.
- Communicate with local clients and vendors to resolve delivery issues.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of daily operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to update local job boards and social media.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and safety-compliant.
- Support the summer/fall campaign initiatives with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree program.
- Must be available to start immediately for Summer/Fall terms.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Colorado Springs office.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
