Responsibilities
- Monitor and log security systems, alerts, and facility operations during night hours.
- Assist the night management team with data entry, inventory tracking, and logistics coordination.
- Generate and file end-of-shift reports with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure compliance with company protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks efficiently.
- Support the implementation of new software tools and digital workflow improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program (Logistics, IT, Business, or related field).
- Must be available to work a rotating Night Shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high degree of reliability, integrity, and time management.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
