Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of daily business operations and administrative tasks.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor data to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Manage client communications and coordinate schedules for senior staff.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Strong interest in business operations, marketing, or project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in-person in Chicago, IL.
- Must be available to start between May and September 2024.
