Responsibilities
- Assist the team with daily operations, data entry, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Support digital marketing initiatives by drafting content, analyzing engagement metrics, and assisting with social media campaigns.
- Participate in project meetings, take detailed notes, and help coordinate cross-departmental tasks.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring all documents are accessible and up-to-date.
- Learn and apply basic technical skills such as CRM software usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Provide exceptional customer support to internal and external stakeholders via email and phone.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred but not required).
- Experience: No prior experience necessary. We are looking for self-starters.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: High level of enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to learn new things.
- Reliability: Ability to commit to a regular schedule for the duration of the internship (Summer/Fall).
- Location: Must be available to work on-site in Colorado Springs, CO.
