Your Role:
You will work closely with senior mentors to develop technical solutions, analyze data, and contribute to the ongoing success of our flagship projects. This is not just a shadowing role; it is a contributing role.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications and technical infrastructure.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code or documentation.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong academic record (GPA 3.0+ preferred).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Basic understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
