We are seeking a motivated Summer/Fall Intern to join our dynamic team in Baltimore, MD. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on Night Shift operations. You will work alongside experienced engineers to support critical infrastructure and software development projects.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues during night operations to ensure 24/7 reliability.
- Collaborate with the QA team to identify and fix bugs in production code.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability to start between May 2024 and September 2024 (Summer/Fall start).
- Must be willing and able to work the night shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
