Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex technical issues for enterprise clients during the night shift.
- Log and categorize support tickets with high accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team via Slack to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Conduct system performance analysis and generate daily reports.
- Assist in the deployment of software patches and updates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Availability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
