Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist senior staff with daily administrative and technical tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and compile data to support strategic decision-making.
- Project Assistance: Support ongoing projects by handling data entry, scheduling, and documentation.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and suggest practical improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree program.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. A strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well in a team setting.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a full-time or part-time schedule during the Summer/Fall semester.
