Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues during the night shift.
- Monitor system performance and alerts, escalating critical incidents to the senior engineering team immediately.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Document all IT tickets, incidents, and resolutions in the Service Desk Management system.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and ensure compliance with IT asset management policies.
- Support remote employees by troubleshooting connectivity and access issues.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Familiarity with network concepts, IP addressing, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (MST) on a rotational schedule.
