As an intern at Apex Digital Systems, you will work on real-world projects that impact our clients. We provide comprehensive mentorship and training to help you grow professionally.
Responsibilities
- Assist the technical support team in diagnosing and resolving customer hardware and software issues.
- Participate in the testing and quality assurance of new software applications.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with senior developers to update existing codebases.
- Organize and maintain digital documentation and project logs.
- Support the marketing team with social media content creation and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or High School Diploma program.
- Strong desire to learn and improve technical skills in IT or Digital Marketing.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Reliable transportation to the office in Raleigh, NC.
