Responsibilities
- Assist with daily office operations: Support administrative tasks, data entry, and filing to ensure smooth departmental workflow.
- Project Support: Collaborate with team members on various projects, preparing presentations, reports, and research materials.
- Customer Assistance: Greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to emails to provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Meeting Coordination: Help schedule meetings, take detailed minutes, and prepare meeting packets for management.
- Market Research: Conduct basic research to identify industry trends and assist in compiling data for strategic planning.
- Inventory & Supplies Management: Monitor office supplies and assist in inventory management processes.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (graduating class of 2024-2025 preferred).
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate; prior work history is a plus but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet navigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
