Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily execution of weekend operational tasks and procedures.
- Monitor and update inventory logs and digital records with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve weekend-specific operational issues.
- Prepare and distribute weekly performance reports and summaries.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal clients and visitors.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the weekend workflow.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program (Graduating Summer or Fall 2024/2025).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of office operations and logistics is a plus.
