Responsibilities
- Support night shift operations including data entry, inventory management, and quality assurance
- Assist with customer service inquiries via chat and email during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to process overnight shipments and orders
- Document operational metrics and prepare daily shift reports
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for night shift workflows
- Maintain accurate records using internal CRM and inventory systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program
- Ability to work flexible hours (11 PM - 7 AM, 4 nights/week)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Tampa facility
