Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain internal databases and systems during weekend shifts.
- Assist the technical team with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow processes.
- Prepare and analyze weekly reports on operational performance and data entry tasks.
- Support the implementation of new digital tools and assist in system testing.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Summer/Fall start).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
