Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team with software development, quality assurance testing, and bug tracking.
- Conduct market research and analyze user data to support business strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with senior staff on project planning, execution, and deployment.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for our digital platforms.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and technical documentation for management review.
- Support daily office operations, administrative tasks, and client communications.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Availability to begin immediately for the Summer or Fall 2024 session.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of web technologies, SEO principles, or digital marketing tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
