- Client Support: Provide administrative support to the sales and account management teams.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly progress reports and presentation decks for senior management review.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing company events and networking sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Schedule: Ability to commit to a part-time schedule, typically 20-30 hours per week.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and strong work ethic.
