Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and content teams with social media management and basic graphic design tasks.
- Conduct market research and data entry to support project planning and strategy development.
- Participate in team meetings, take detailed minutes, and help prepare presentation materials.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through email and chat platforms in a professional manner.
- Support the IT department with hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
- Update and maintain internal databases and filing systems to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects to help achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or recently graduated (0-2 years experience).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a corporate environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation for on-site roles in Baltimore or NYC.
