Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance during weekend shifts
- Assist with cybersecurity vulnerability assessments and incident response
- Document IT processes and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on agile development sprints for internal software tools
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues across organizational departments
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and sprint planning
- Conduct user training sessions for new system implementations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and virtualization
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8am-4pm)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with version control (Git) or databases (SQL) preferred
- Must be available for 20-30 hours per week during summer/fall term
