Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure cloud infrastructure using AWS/Azure platforms
- Assist in developing and testing software applications using Python/JavaScript
- Monitor network security systems and document vulnerabilities
- Support IT operations including hardware maintenance and user training
- Participate in agile development cycles and code reviews
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with engineering teams
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and development tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during Summer/Fall terms
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site visits
