Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot network issues and document technical solutions
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and compliance audits
- Support cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Create technical documentation and user training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations
- Participate in agile development sprints
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing IT/Computer Science degree or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during internship
- Authorization to work in the US
