As an intern on our night shift, you will play a vital role in maintaining system stability and delivering exceptional support to our clients during critical off-hours. Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical infrastructure, servers, and network systems during evening and night shifts.
- Respond to incoming support tickets and client inquiries with a focus on rapid resolution and high-quality service.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and system changes in our knowledge base and ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Perform routine data entry, report generation, and quality assurance checks on software applications.
- Assist in the deployment of software updates and patch management on supported devices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of basic computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external clients.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
