Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot internal systems and network connectivity during night shifts.
- Provide technical support to remote employees and resolve helpdesk tickets efficiently.
- Assist in data entry, report generation, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the night operations team to ensure 24/7 service continuity.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly training sessions to improve technical skills.
- Document technical issues and solutions in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
