Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical systems and networks during night operations.
- Assist senior engineers with data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Document system errors and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless night-time workflows.
- Conduct routine system health checks and performance reviews.
- Support customer-facing inquiries via chat and email during evening hours.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and database management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
