As a Night Shift Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our 24/7 operational excellence. You will work closely with our senior engineers and support staff to ensure our systems run smoothly, our clients are supported, and our data remains secure during the critical night hours.

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for incoming client tickets during night shifts.
- Monitor server health, security alerts, and network performance metrics.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of software updates and patches.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal ticketing system (Zendesk/Jira).
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects.
- Perform routine data entry and maintain accurate operational logs.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (graduating Dec 2024 or later).
- Must be available to work a fixed Night Shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of reliability and attention to detail.
