Responsibilities
- System Monitoring: Oversee system performance and troubleshoot technical issues during the evening and night hours.
- Data Management: Assist in the accurate entry, verification, and analysis of large datasets to support night operations.
- Customer Support: Provide timely and professional support to internal and external stakeholders via chat and email.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current night shift workflows and propose data-driven solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of technical activities, incidents, and resolutions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with day-shift leads to ensure seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or Logistics preferred).
- Schedule: Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Timing: Available to start Summer or Fall 2024.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Reliability: Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote or office setting.
