Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and organize project documentation, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate internal communications and schedule meetings for the department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and update project timelines and deliverables.
- Support the recruitment process by assisting with candidate screening and outreach.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we value potential and attitude over history.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from high school or college.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be available to start in the Summer or Fall 2024.
