Responsibilities
- Collaborate on cross-functional agile development teams
- Build and test web applications using modern frameworks
- Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights
- Contribute to UX research through user testing sessions
- Document technical processes and project milestones
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning
- Present project outcomes to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (Python/Java preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during program
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and feedback
- Authorization to work in the US
