Responsibilities
- Assist in executing comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Support the technical recruiting team with candidate sourcing, outreach, and pipeline management.
- Monitor website performance and analytics using Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging digital assets.
- Update internal databases and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to team strategy sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, or web development concepts is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to start immediately (Summer or Fall start).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
