Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person during weekend shifts
- Deploy and configure hardware/software systems including laptops, monitors, and enterprise applications
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi access points and servers
- Document technical issues and resolutions in IT service management tools
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and access management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Participate in weekend system maintenance and updates
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyConnect) preferred
- Ability to lift 20 lbs and work in a physical environment
- Valid driver's license required for equipment transport
- Must start between June-September 2023
