Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems and client projects during weekend shifts.
- Assist the IT team with software deployment, system maintenance, and data backup procedures.
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies to present findings to the senior engineering team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations and project milestones are met.
- Participate in code reviews and agile sprint planning sessions.
- Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops to enhance professional skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated availability for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) during the internship term.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and a willingness to learn.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
