Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team in monitoring and maintaining system performance during off-peak hours.
- Execute quality assurance testing and data entry tasks with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot technical issues and document solutions.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to align on project goals.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to support team innovation initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized digital workspace and documentation repository.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technical operations, data analysis, or software development.
- Availability to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) for the duration of the internship.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and internet protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
