Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and monitoring cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure platforms
- Participate in cybersecurity vulnerability assessments and remediation
- Develop scripts to automate routine IT processes using Python/PowerShell
- Document system configurations and technical procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sprint planning and execution
- Support user troubleshooting and helpdesk operations
- Contribute to DevOps pipeline improvements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Experience with version control systems (Git preferred)
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Available 20-30 hours/week with flexible summer/fall start
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
