Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of weekend operational workflows and support tasks.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues under supervision.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure data accuracy and report generation.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide exceptional service during weekend shifts.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Support marketing initiatives by assisting with social media content during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the internship (Summer/Fall).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in SEO, Data Analysis, or Customer Support is a plus.
