Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts and VIP concierge services during overnight hours
- Coordinate with security team for property safety protocols and incident response
- Oversee night audit processes and daily revenue reconciliation
- Handle emergency guest requests and maintenance coordination
- Assist with event setup breakdown for early morning functions
- Train on property management systems (Opera, Marriott Bonvoy)
- Participate in cross-departmental shadowing rotations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in hospitality, business, or tourism program
- Availability for 3 overnight shifts per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite and hospitality software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Texas Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for airport runs)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
