Responsibilities
- Assist with nightly guest check-ins and check-out procedures
- Monitor resort security systems and respond to guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational efficiency
- Support special event setup and execution for summer programming
- Document daily operations and prepare shift handover reports
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (any major welcome)
- Availability to work 20-30 hours weekly on night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of hospitality operations or willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must be 18+ years old
