Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at front desk, concierge, and poolside stations
- Coordinate weekend events, weddings, and group check-ins with precision
- Assist in maintaining resort standards through daily quality assurance audits
- Support revenue management initiatives through weekend occupancy analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend operations
- Execute social media campaigns showcasing resort amenities and local attractions
- Document guest feedback and implement service improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in hospitality, tourism, business, or related college program
- Availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) and some holidays
- Strong communication skills with professional demeanor
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced coastal environment
- Previous customer service or event coordination preferred
- Must be eligible for academic credit through your institution
