Responsibilities
- Develop interactive learning modules using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline
- Assist in creating curriculum content aligned with K-12 educational standards
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback for product improvements
- Analyze educational data to inform instructional design decisions
- Support virtual training sessions for partner schools and districts
- Document processes and create technical documentation for internal use
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and brainstorming sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year college/university pursuing Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- Basic proficiency in educational technology tools (LMS, authoring software)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote-hybrid environment
- Interest in educational technology and curriculum development
- Available for 15-20 hours/week during summer semester
- Must be able to receive academic credit through your institution
- Portfolio demonstrating instructional design projects preferred
