Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams in data analysis and market research
- Assist in developing sustainability initiatives for local businesses
- Collaborate on community outreach programs for Fresno-based projects
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Participate in weekly professional development workshops
- Document project progress and maintain team communication logs
- Shadow senior staff to understand industry best practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (any major)
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during summer/fall
- Valid driver's license for local travel (if required)
