- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and gather data to assist in strategic planning.
- Project Coordination: Help organize project timelines, track milestones, and update stakeholders.
- Content Creation: Draft blog posts, social media content, and press releases.
- Customer Support: Monitor customer feedback channels and escalate issues to the appropriate departments.
- Technical Documentation: Update technical manuals and internal knowledge bases.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time or part-time during the summer months.
