Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients via phone and email during evening hours, resolving inquiries and escalating complex issues to the night supervisor.
- Data Management: Assist in the accurate entry, verification, and maintenance of operational data and records within the CRM system.
- Operational Continuity: Monitor system status and workflows to ensure seamless operations throughout the night shift.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify bottlenecks in current processes and suggest practical improvements.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily shift reports and performance metrics to the management team.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in nightly huddles and training sessions to stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a High School Diploma/GED or pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 3 nights per week (Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, maintain focus, and manage time effectively in a quiet environment.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new software and adapt to changing operational procedures quickly.
