Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics during night shifts to identify efficiency opportunities.
- Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries and issues with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to transfer critical information and maintain workflow continuity.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records for nightly reports.
- Support the logistics team in preparing shipments and inventory checks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Logistics, Business, Communications, or related field preferred).
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
