Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, verify, and maintain digital records and databases during the night shift.
- Customer Support: Respond to internal and external inquiries via email and chat platforms, ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred) in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening and night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) for the duration of the summer internship.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
