Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and support tickets via phone and email during the night shift.
- Perform data entry, record keeping, and quality assurance checks on nightly reports.
- Collaborate with the day-shift operations team to ensure seamless workflow continuity and issue resolution.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues and document solutions in the knowledge base.
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
- Must be available to work 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Night Shift schedule).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
