Responsibilities
- Assist with Daily Operations: Support the administrative team with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Customer Support: Respond to incoming inquiries via email and phone, ensuring high-quality service and accurate information.
- Schedule Management: Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal team schedules using digital tools.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and compile reports to assist management in decision-making processes.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Assist in tracking office supplies and company assets to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to stay aligned on project goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify minor inefficiencies in current workflows and suggest actionable improvements.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program, or recently graduated (within the last 6 months).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email platforms.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Basic critical thinking skills to troubleshoot simple issues as they arise.
- Local Availability: Must be based in or willing to commute to Cleveland, Ohio.
