Responsibilities
- Support Night Operations: Assist the night shift team with daily administrative tasks, data entry, and system monitoring to ensure 100% uptime.
- Customer Assistance: Handle incoming inquiries via email and ticketing systems during evening hours with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Data Management: Organize and update customer databases, ensuring all information is accurate, secure, and compliant with company policies.
- Reporting: Generate end-of-shift reports summarizing daily activities and highlighting key operational metrics.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Communicate with day-shift staff to transfer critical information and resolve pending issues seamlessly.
- Process Improvement: Identify minor inefficiencies in current workflows and suggest actionable improvements to the management team.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (preferably in Business, Communications, or Information Technology).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM) on a consistent schedule during the summer.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable navigating web-based software.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Work Ethic: Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
