Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming technical support tickets and inquiries during assigned night shifts.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct routine system checks and maintenance to ensure operational uptime.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to ensure seamless transition of critical tasks.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and skill-building workshops.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Availability to work night shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
