Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure during night hours, including server performance and network security
- Analyze system logs and data trends to identify operational inefficiencies or security threats
- Provide Tier 1 IT support to global teams via ticketing systems and communication platforms
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for internal use
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates and deployment projects
- Participate in agile stand-ups and sprint planning sessions with remote teams
- Conduct routine system backups and disaster recovery tests
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networking concepts, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced night shift environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools (Excel, SQL)
- Available to work 4-5 nights per week (11 PM - 7 AM) during summer months
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site requirements
