Responsibilities
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
- Support software development lifecycle tasks including testing and documentation
- Manage helpdesk tickets and provide technical support to employees
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and best practices
- Collaborate on cloud platform deployment and maintenance projects
- Create technical documentation for systems and procedures
- Shadow senior engineers during system upgrades and migrations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) preferred
