Responsibilities
- Develop and test software applications under senior engineer guidance
- Analyze data sets to generate actionable insights for product teams
- Design user experience prototypes based on stakeholder requirements
- Participate in daily agile stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Document technical specifications and create project documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features
- Present project progress and findings to leadership bi-weekly
- Contribute to open-source projects as part of our community initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program (any major)
- Recent graduates within 12 months of degree completion
- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during academic semesters
- Portfolio showcasing personal projects (GitHub, Behance, etc.)
- Authorization to work in the United States
