Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with content creation, social media management, and SEO research.
- Support the development team in basic coding tasks, testing, and documentation.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning sessions.
- Analyze market trends and compile data reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve user interfaces.
- Conduct competitive research and update internal knowledge bases.
- Attend weekly training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program (College Credit required).
- No prior professional experience is necessary; we value potential and attitude.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
